Indebted four-star hotel Rodina in Sofia was put up for sale again at a starting price of 22.72 million levs ($15.9 million/11.6 million euro), value added tax (VAT) included, a public auction notice showed.
Bids for the 46,805 square metre Rodina hotel can be placed from March 7 until April 7, a notice published on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents last week indicated.
The winner will be named on April 8.
Three attempts at the sale of the hotel last year proved unsuccessful. At the first auction, the starting price was set at 44.4 million levs, which was later cut to 35.5 million levs and then to 28.4 million levs.
In January local newspaper Capital Daily said the hotel's debts total 9.6 million euro.
