The shares of Bulgarian blue-chip group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] rose the most among all companies on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, closing 3.26% higher at 38 levs, after announcing during the trading session that it will seek to raise 45 million levs ($26.7 million/23 million euro) in a capital hike.Holding Varna is planning to increase its capital to 6.49 million levs from 5.24 million levs by issuing 1.25 million shares at a price of 36 levs apiece.The blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.24% to 634.77 points on Monday, hit by a drop in the share price of lender Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:6C4] and construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57].
