HBCB Annual General Assembly, September 16
HBCB Annual General Assembly took place on 16th of September 2020 at Sofia Hotel Balkan. The meeting was compliant with all legal and health requirements regarding indoor meetings in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic.
In keeping with the Statute of the Chamber, the General Assembly was held 1 hour later than the announced starting time, at 19:00 with 52 regular members of the Association. The reason was that mainly due to the pandemic of Covid-19 was a lack of initial quorum.
During the General Assembly at 19:00, the following articles were presented, discussed and approved unanimously:
- discussion and approval of the report on the activity of the Board of Directors during the year of 2019
- Approval of the annual financial statement of the Association for year 2019
- Releasing from liability the members of the Board of Directors for their activity during the year of 2019
- Discussion and adoption of the budget of the Association for the year 2020.
HBCB members who were unable to attend in person, had the opportunity to join the meeting through live streaming.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the members for their participation. The elections will be on a later stage according to the evolution of the Covid-19 crisis.
