Greek Plans on Attraction of More Bulgarian Tourists

Northern Greece had been increasing a gradually growing number of Bulgarian tourists with each next season, local authorities report. Therefore not only holiday programs are envisaged for the next tourist season, but also ones aiming to attract interest towards real estate purchases, expert in charge of the tourism department Michalis Amiridis voiced to Greek media. The Bulgarians use mainly private accommodations due to the lower prices and inspections have been kicked off on whether those respond to the requirements of the respective category. The placing of info plates in Bulgarian is also being considered.
