Greece’s Goldair Handling Invests 10 Mln Euro in Bulgaria Since Mid-2010

Greek airport ground handling company Goldair Handling has invested 10 million euro ($13.6 million) in Bulgaria over the past six months, the company said.

Goldair Handling's Bulgarian arm began operations at the Sofia airport in mid-2010 and since then it has bought new equipment and hired and trained over 70 people, the company said in a statement.

The company said it signed contracts with Olympic Air, Aeroflot, EasyJet, BH AIR и Astra, and now handles  over 140 flights and more than 14,000 passengers a month.
