Govt to Review 1,200 Registration, Licensing Requirements
Thursday, 01 January 1970
A working group of deputy ministers and representatives of the employer organisations in Bulgaria will review the existing 1,200 licensing and registration requirements for the business with view of relaxing or scrapping them altogether, prime minister Plamen Oresharski said.
The European Union requirements will remain in place but the administration will need to start processing documents faster, the prime minister said after meeting with representatives of employer organisations, as quoted by news portal Dnevnik.bg.
Another issue that the prime minister discussed with the employer organisations was amending the Public Procurement Act aiming, in Oresharski’s words, to “expand the circle of companies with real access to public resource”.
