GLOBUL NOW OFFERS ONLINE RECHARGE OF PREPAID NUMBERS WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
All GLOBUL subscribers may now recharge their prepaid b-connect and FROG numbers with credit or debit card via the operator's MyGLOBUL internet portal (http://my.globul.bg).The new Online Prepaid Recharge service allows MyGLOBUL users to recharge prepaid numbers by transferring funds from their bank accounts anywhere, anytime. The amount of the recharge may vary from BGN 6 to 99.
The service provides SMS and email notification for every online recharge. Upon request, clients may get a detailed e-invoice for the recharge if they submit an application prior to the payment.
Users may also enjoy 24/7 access to up-to-date information on their recharge history, including the transaction amount, the exact date and time of each payment, the reloaded b-connect or FROG numbers, the issued e-invoice, etc. Detailed information on all prepaid recharges is available in the portal's Payment History section.
The Online Prepaid Recharge service is available free of charge to all GLOBUL post-paid and pre-paid residential and corporate clients who have registration with the MyGLOBUL web portal. The service accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Borika cards. Online prepaid recharge can be made with the new GLOBUL iPay cards as well.
The MyGLOBUL internet portal (http://my.globul.bg) is available to all GLOBUL users upon registration. The portal allows users to check the status of their bundles or their current bill, to pay their monthly bills, to check their loyalty offers with the Online ZAEDNO Program service, etc.
