GLOBUL will be the first Bulgarian operator to give its clients money-back service quality warranty with its new WELCOME GUARANTEE offer. The warranty envisages clinets to have the option to terminate their contracts without penalties and with a refund of the monthly fee if theyr are not fully satisfied with quality of the GLOBUL services and products.
Тhe WELCOME GUARANTEE is valid for all GLOBUL residential customers who sign up for a mobile, data or a fixed service by April 30, 2011.
Any client that is not satisfied with the service may terminate the subscription within 30 days, no questions asked. The client must file written request for contract termination at the GLOBUL or official partner shop where it was signed. GLOBUL will refund the monthly fee for the period in which the service was used within 60 days of contract termination. Customers will have to cover the costs of usage of services outside the subscription bundle.
Clients that had purchased mobile phones or other device at preferential prices at contract signing will have to cover the difference between that price and the standard price according to GLOBUL price list.
