GDP Contraction Eases to 3.0% y/y in Q3

Greece's economy declined by 3.0% year-on-year in the July-September period, easing from 3.7% contraction in the previous quarter, the country's statistics service ELSTAT said, as quoted by Reuters.
For the January-September period economic contraction stands at 4.0%, the new agency said.
Greece’s international lenders project the economy will shrink by 4.0% this year before a subdued recovery starts next year.
