Gazprom Gas Exports to SEE Edge Up 1.2% in Volume in 2018

Russia's Gazprom increased its natural gas exports to Southeast Europe (SEE) by 1.2% to 12.482 billion cubic metres in 2018, company data shows.
Bulgaria was the largest importer of natural gas from Gazprom among SEE countries in the review period, with imports of 3.172 billion cubic metres, down 4.7%, figures from Gazprom's interim activity report show.
Moldova came second with imports of 2.940 billion cubic metres in 2018, up from 2.712 billion cubic metres in the previous year.
North Macedonia marked the highest rate of increase of imports of Russian natural gas in 2018, to 162 million cubic metres, from 63 million cubic metres in 2017.
