Gas Monopoly Bulgargaz Head Dismissed

The Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) dismissed Dimitar Gogov, the executive director of its subsidiary Bulgargaz, the holding company said.
BEH has already sent a notification about the management change to the country’s commercial register, BEH told SeeNews over the phone. The state-run holding company declined to elaborate on the exact reasons for the move or to disclose Gogov’s successor.
In an interview for Bulgarian national radio BNR, Gogov said that he will be replaced by Shishman Chaushev, a former regional director of the national revenue agency in Vidin region, in northern Bulgaria.
Gogov joined Bulgargaz in 1999 and was promoted to CEO in January 2007.
