From jazz to opera with Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko

The XIX International Jazz Festival in Bansko finished with a great success and with the entertaining performance of the world-famous Joss Stone band. During the evenings of 6 – 13 August the audience became a spectator of an amazing show, which exposed the talent of various Bulgarian and foreign jazz musicians.
The flow of events continues with Bansko Opera Fest 2016 on the 25, 26 and 27 August and will take place at the central square of the famous Bulgarian resort. During the first evening, the festival will begin with the immortal work of Shakespeare “Romeo and Juliet” with the music background of Tchaikovsky and ballet choreography by Sylvia Tomova.
The second evening will proceed with an opera performance of the well-known “Cavalleria Rusticana” by the State Opera Russe from Pietro Mascani. For the first time there will be a musical included in the festival and the act of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” will be played by the State Opera Varna.
