Food Plant in Varna Put up for Sale for 1.5 Mln Euro

A private enforcement agent put up for sale a food plant located in the Black Sea city of Varna at a starting price of 2.9 million levs ($2.0 million/1.5 million euro), an auction notice indicated.
The plant has a total area of 7,185 square metres and comprises a bakery, a soft drinks workshop, a flour mill, a pasta workshop, a pastry shop and an administrative unit, according to a notice published on the website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents.
Bids can be placed by October 17. The buyer will be named on the following day.
