The Eurogroup on July 21 will achieve a "credible" overall solution for Greece's exit from the ESM programme, the president of the Euroworking Group Hans Vijlbrief said on Wednesday.
In statemets to journalists in Brussels, he said that "Greece is well on track to recovery" and expressed the certainty that Greece is at the beginning of the country's exit from the programme and in no case will the decisions be transferred to the July Eurogroup.
Regarding the IMF, he said that the disagreement with the European institutions about the amount of the necessary debt relief remains. He noted, however, that the IMF will participate in one way or another, both in the completion of the Greek programme and in the post-memorandum era, in the technical aspect. He stressed that the analysis of the sustainability of the Greek debt, on which the decisions will be based, will be ready by June 21.
