Eurocopter Wins 8.4 Mln Euro Helicopter Maintenance Deal in Bulgaria

Bulgaria's defence ministry awarded a 16.5 million lev ($11.4 million/8.4 million euro) contract for helicopter maintenance services to French company Eurocopter, a notice in the European Union’s procurement journal indicated.
Eurocopter was the only bidder in a tender for the 84-month contract for maintenance of COUGAR helicopters, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.
The value of the deal does not include value added tax.
