Educational technology startups attract US financing

Two educational technology startups with a strong Greek presence have secured rare financing from US private equity funds that have taken up positions as strategic investors, thanks to the global need for distance learning due to the pandemic.
They are LearnWorlds, which recently raised $32 million from Insight Partners, and Schoox, which Vista Equity Partners (manager of $77 billion in funds) has grabbed a minority stake in.
