EBRD Launches SME Pre-Listing Support Programme In Greece

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in cooperation with the Athens Stock Exchange and with the support of the economy and development ministry, is launching a programme that aims to "train" small- and medium-sized enterprises on how to become listed in the Greek stock market and raise capital. The "SME Pre-Listing Support Programme" focuses on offering specialised and comprehensive consultancy services to SMEs seeking to list in the stock exchange, either through share issue or corporate bond. It has a budget of 450,000 euros and a duration of 30 months, while it will cover six Greek SMEs initially.
