Bulgarian Council of Ministers approved at its regular Wednesday sitting the composition of the delegation to represent Bulgaria at the Annual Meetings of World Bank Group (WBG) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the press service of the Government announced.
The forums will be held on October 9-11 in Lima, Peru.
The Bulgarian delegation will be led by Dimitar Radev, Governor of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB), who is Governor for the Republic of Bulgaria at the IMF.
It is also comprised also of Deputy Minister of Finance Karina Karaivanova, Deputy Governor for Bulgaria at the IMF, and BNB Deputy Governor Dimitar Kostov in his capacity of Deputy Governor for Bulgaria in the WBG organisations.
In the frames of the forum, the Bulgarian delegates are expected to meet with representatives of international financial institutions, investment and central banks, and high-ranking WBG and IMF representatives.
