Deputy Prime Minister Kuneva: Bulgarian EU Presidency Should Make Europe Stronger

The Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2018 should make Europe stronger and to that end activities related to security should be implemented. Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for EU Policy and Institutional Affairs Meglena Kuneva and Finnish Economic Affairs Minister Olli Rhen rallied behind the idea, meeting in Helsinki on Thursday.
Kuneva is paying a working visit to Finland on Wednesday and Thursday.
The two discussed ways to advance economic ties between the two countries. Kuneva extended an official invitation to Rhen to visit Bulgaria. Kuneva noted an untapped potential in digital economy exchange.
