Cyprus-based Mancelord Pays 57 Mln Euro for 50% of Bulgarian Telco's Radio&TV Transmission Unit

Cyprus-based Mancelord Limited has paid 57 million euro ($72.4 million) for 50% of National Unit Radio and TV Stations (NURTS) owned by Bulgaria's leading telco BTC, data from Bulgarian trade registry showed on Monday.

BTC, the dominant fixed-line operator in Bulgaria operating under the trade name of Vivacom, confirmed last week it has wrapped up the sale of 50% of NURTS without disclosing the price of the deal.

According to the terma of contract, BTC has sold the stake in NURTS to NURTS Bulgaria, a wholly owned unit of Mancelord Limited, trade registry data showed.
