The Cuban Chamber of Commerce will help Bulgarian companies willing to do business there, it emerged from a meeting between Bulgarian Deputy Economy Minister Alexander Manolev and the President of the Chamber, Orlando Hernandez Guillen, the Bulgarian Economy Ministry said in a press release. The two officials met during the international FIHAV 2017 trade fair taking place in Havana.
It transpired at the talks that there is increased interest on the part of Bulgarian companies in setting up joint ventures in Cuba. Four such companies were mentioned: Prista Oil, Rubella, Bulgargeomin, and Ashcuba.
Guillen said that the Chamber of Commerce can help with not only advice about potential partners and clarification of the administrative procedures, but also in the registration of foreign companies.
