Corpbank Gets Regulatory Nod to Buy 100% of Credit Agricole Unit

Bulgaria’s Corporate Commercial Bank (Corpbank) said it was cleared by the local competition watchdog to acquire 100% of Credit Agricole Bulgaria, a unit of France's Credit Agricole. Corpbank made the announcement in a filing with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. In January, Credit Agricole and Corpbank signed an agreement for the sale of Credit Agricole Bulgaria. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
