The Black Sea port city of Burgas has invited bids for energy efficiency upgrades in 17 public buildings, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said.
The project is financed with a grant provided by the Kozloduy International Decommissioning Support Fund, administered by the EBRD.
The scope of the project covers roofs and external walls insulation, windows replacement, improvements on ventilation and air conditioning systems and rehabilitation or replacement of heating substations among other measures, a notice posted on the EBRD's website indicated.
The project's duration is estimated at six months. Tender security varies between 21,500 levs and 25,400 levs ($14,200-16,800/11,000-13,000 euro) for each of the four lots.
Bids have to be filed by 1200 GMT on May 5 and will be opened on the same day.
