Bulgaria's parliament said on Wednesday that it adopted the 2021 budget framework envisaging a deficit of some 5 billion levs ($3 billion/2.6 billion euro) and a 2.5% rise of the country's gross domestic product.
The budget framework includes a 600 million levs buffer in case the situation with the coronavirus pandemic worsens and additional resources are needed, the parliament said in a statement.
The priorities of the 2021 budget are income policy, education, healthcare, defence, social and pension policy, the government said previously.
