Bulgaria's electricity production grows in Jan, oil products output falls - table

Bulgaria's electricity production increased by 4.9% year-on-year in January, reaching 4,156 GWh, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Wednesday.

The country's output of oil products declined to 341,000 tonnes in January, compared with 552,000 tonnes in the same month of 2020, the statistical office said in a statement.

Electricity deliveries decreased by 4.1% on an annual comparison basis to 3,530 GWh in the first month of 2021, while deliveries of oil products fell to 263,000 tonnes, from 327,000 tonnes a year earlier.
