Bulgaria's Bulstone transfers limestone deposit concession to Predsednik

Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday that it has approved the request of Bulstone to transfer its concession contract for the Trebezha limestone deposit to another local company - Predsednik. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting. The concession agreement was signed with Bulstone in September 2019 for a 35-year period. The Trebezha deposit is located in Mezdra municipality, in northwestern Bulgaria. Predsednik is owned by three private individuals - Georgi Tsvetkov and Ina Tsvetkova with 40% interest each, and Hristo Tsvetkov with 20% interest, according to commercial register data. Bulstone is fully owned by private individual Mihail Petkov.
