Bulgaria's Bulgar Czech Invest Holding acquires KBM for 1.8 mln euro

Bulgarian investment firm Bulgar Czech Invest Holding said that it has acquired 100% of local peer KBM for 3.5 million levs ($2 million/1.8 million euro).

At the end of 2018 KBM had assets of over 20 million levs, Bulgar Czech Invest Holding said in a statement on Friday.

KBM closed 2018 with a net profit of 3.4 million levs, according to data from its most recent annual financial statement.

On December 27, 2019, Bulgar Czech Invest Holding placed an 11 million euro bond issue and said it will invest the proceeds in future acquisitions.
