Bulgarian Stock Exchange Becomes Public Company

The Financial Supervision Commission incorporated the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) as a public company on Wednesday. The Commission authorized a prospectus for the public offering by BSE of 6,582,860 ordinary shares of 1 lev each.

The company has a one-tier level of management. On the Board of Directors are Chairman Assen Yagodin, Deputy Chairman and Executive Director Vassil Golemanski, and members Lyubomir Boyadjiev, Ivan Takev and Georgi Bulgarski.
