Bulgarian Regulator Oks Capital Management SPV's 12 Mln Euro Bond Issue Prospectus

Bulgaria's financial regulator said that it has approved local Capital Management SPV's prospectus for a nine-year 12 million euro ($14 million) bond issue. Capital Management SPV will offer for subscription 12,000 non-convertible bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement late on Thursday. The bonds carry an annual coupon of 5% with payments due semi-annually. Last month, Capital Management SPV raised 21.6 million levs in a capital increase. The company issued 399,996 shares at a price of 54 levs apiece.
