Bulgaria's competition authority said on Friday that it has fined local fuel retailer Tradenet Varna 175,437 levs ($103,820/89,700 euro) for breaking anti-dumping legislation.Tradenet Varna has sold petrol, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas at prices lower than the costs for manufacturing and distribution for an extended period of time and in significant quantities, aiming to unfairly attract customers, the Commission for Protection of Competition said in a statement.The fine represents 0.1% of Tradenet Varna's turnover in 2017.The regulator launched the anti-dumping proceedings based on complaints from Lukoil Bulgaria, Eko Bulgaria, Nis Petrol, Petrol, Synergon Petroleum, Rompetrol Bulgaria and OMV Bulgaria.Tradenet Varna has a registered capital of 500 levs and is fully owned by Veska Mareshka - sister of member of parliament and leader of Volya (Will) party Vesselin Mareshki.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
