A publishing firm bought the unfinished building of printing company IPK Rodina in Sofia for 20 million levs ($12.8 million/10.2 million euro), the country's privatisation agency said.
It did not disclose the name of the buyer.
Last week the privatisation agency said only one candidate - local company IPK Rodina AD - had bought documents to participate in a public auction for the building.
The buyer should pay the full amount of the price via a bank transfer the day the contract is signed, the agency said in a statement on Monday.
The deal is pending approval by the privatisation agency's supervisory board.
Under the privatisation terms, the buyer is obligated to either demolish the building, or to reconstruct it and put it into service within a year.
