Bulgarian President Sets Referendum Date

Bulgaria's Head of State Rossen Plevneliev has issued a decree by which a national referendum should be carried out on November 6th, 2016.
The questions that the peaple should answer with yes or no are as follows:
"Do you agree that the MPs should be elected by an absolute majority in two rounds?"
"Do you agree that voting at national referendums and elections should be mandatory?"
"Do you agree that the annual state subsidy allocated to political parties and coalitions in Bulgaria should be in the amount of one lev for each real vote won at the latest general elections?"
The news was reported by the press office of the Bulgarian President.
President Plevneliev expressed hope that the earlier announcement of the referendum date would help the Bulgarian people make an informed choice.
