Non-performing loans of Bulgarian non-bank credit companies reached 350 million levs ($257 million/178 million euro), or 18% of these companies' total loan portfolio at the end of June, central bank preliminary data showed.
At the end of June last year the non-bank credit companies' bad loans amounted to 264 million levs, or 15% of their total portfolio, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said in a statement on its website on Tuesday.
The credit companies' receivables on loans reached 1.9 billion levs at the end of June compared to 1.7 billion levs a year earlier.
