Bulgarian insurers' assets grow by 10.3% in 2017

The assets managed by Bulgarian insurance companies increased to 7.30 billion levs ($4.6 bilion/3.7 billion euro) at the end of 2017, up 10.3% year-on-year, the country's central bank said on Monday.

On a quarterly comparison basis, the assets managed by Bulgarian insurers decreased by 2.3%, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said in a quarterly insurance sector report.
