Bulgarian Financial Regulator Enters Lavena Cap Hike Issue into Register

The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has entered the new share issue of Bulgarian lavender oil and cosmetics producer Lavena into its register, allowing the issue to be listed for trade on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse. The issue consists of 7,999,525 shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, issued as a result of Lavena's recent capital increase to 8.3 million levs ($4.9 million/4.2 million euro) from 319,981 levs. Lavena increased its capital via a bonus share issue, in accordance to which existing shareholders received 25 new shares for each Lavena share they owned before the increase.
