Bulgarian Economy, Energy and Tourism Minister Traycho Traykov attend the 21st World Energy Congress in September 12 through to 14 in Montreal, Traykov's Ministry said in a press release Sunday. The main topic of the forum is accessibility of energy at affordable prices. The participants in the congress also discuss the reliability and security of energy supplies and protection of the environment in the production, transfer and consumption of energy. Traykov is scheduled to deliver a speech on "Geopolitics, Energy Markets and Trade". Traykov is also scheduled to confer with top officials of the Canadian agency for promotion of innovations, entrepreneurship and the knowledge-based economy, of the Canadian agency for export development, as well as with the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives(CCCE), John P. Manley. Traykov will also meet with representatives of engineering, utility and energy companies.
