Bulgarian cable manufacturer Emka said on Wednesday that it has increased its capital by 193,950 levs ($115,000/99,165 euro) via a new share issue. Before the capital increase, Emka had a registered capital of 21.5 million levs.Investors have subscribed for 193,950 of a total of 215,000 shares, which the company had offered for subscription at a price of 1 levs apiece, Emka said in a bourse filing. Only members of the company's management had the right to subscribe for the shares from the new issue. Emka is a unit of Bulgaria's Industrial Capital Holding company.As at 15:00 CET on Friday, Emka shares traded 0.74% lower at 2.68 levs.
