Bulgaria To Try Again To Sell Construction Co Montazhi

Bulgaria plans to offer for sale 100% of construction company Montazhi following two unsuccessful privatisation attempts, the country's sell-off agency said.

The Privatisation and Post-privatisation Control Agency is preparing a single-round competitive procedure for Montazhi, it said in a statement sent on Monday.

Earlier this year the agency said it is reappraising Montazhi after it had been put up for sale on the Sofia bourse twice but failed to draw investor interest.

Montazhi has 12 branches in Bulgaria and a unit in Moscow, as well as real estates with a total built-up area of 383,000 square metres.
