The Bulgarian government said it will auction off three former military sites with combined estimated value of 5.21 million levs ($3.41 million/2.66 million euro).
The starting price at the auction will be set 10% above the sites' valuation, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting on Wednesday.
Two of the sites, with a combined area of 47,500 square metres, are located in the city of Lovech, in central Bulgaria, while the third one, which spreads over 195,000 square metres, is located near the town of Sandanski, in the southwest.
