Bulgaria to Auction 76.6 Million Euro in 3-yr T-notes on Nov 23

Bulgaria's central bank said it will auction 150 million levs ($81.7 million/76.6 million euro) in three-year Treasury notes on November 23.
The issue will bear an annual coupon of 1.1% and will mature on January 28, 2018, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said in a statement.
Half of the offer will be set aside for price-competitive bids, while the other half will be earmarked for non-competitive bids.
