Bulgaria to auction 255.6 mln euro of 5-yr T-bonds on Nov 8

Bulgaria will seek to raise 500 million levs ($296.6 million/255.6 million euro) by reopening a five-year Treasury bond issue due in February 2026 at an auction on November 8, the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) said.

The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 0%, the central bank said in a statement on Monday.

At the previous auction of the issue, held in October, the finance ministry sold 500 million levs worth of bonds at a negative weighted average annual yield of 0.02%.
