Bulgaria Starts Building Research, Congress Centre at Port Burgas - Transport Min

Bulgaria has launched the construction of 13.6 million levs (8.1 million/7 million euro) congress and research centre at Port Burgas, on the Black Sea coast, the transport ministry said.The project will be financed by the state-run Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company, the ministry said in a statement on Thursday."The new multifunctional building will help the city of Burgas to develop congress tourism," transport minister Ivaylo Moskovski said in the statement.The Bulgarian unit of Austria-based group Strabag has been awarded the contract for construction works.The projeect should be completed in 16 months.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
