Bulgaria starts 3.7 mln euro works on road section

Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) said on Tuesday that it has launched upgrades worth over 7.3 million levs ($4.2 million/3.7 million euro) on a 9 km section of the Topchii-Kamenovo road, in northeastern part of Bulgaria. The investment in the project, funded by RIA with own funds,, the agency said in a statement. The project envisages repairs of the pavement as well as new markings, road containment systems and road signs.
