Bulgaria's defence ministry said that it has signed a 4.1 million levs ($2.4 million/2.1 million euro) contract with local Terem Holding for capital repair of a Mi-17 helicopter. The deal was signed on October 2, the ministry said in a statement on Monday. Two companies submitted bids in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract. The other offer was submitted by Ukraine's Ukrinmash, a subsidiary of state-owned Ukrspecexport. However, the company was disqualified as its offer did not meet the procedure's requirements.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
