Bulgaria's privatisation agency said it has signed a deal to sell Sofia-based engineering company Technoexportstroy to local construction firm AT Engineering 2000 for 51 million levs ($32.7 million/26.1 million euro).
The buyer has paid in full the price for the transacted 103,970 Technoexportstroy shares, equal to 100% of the company's share capital, the government's asset-selling agency said in a statement on Wednesday.
AT Engineering 2000 is obliged to keep the company's core business unchanged for at least three years.
Technoexportstroy is an engineering company registered as first-class international contractor and consultant in more than 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
