Bulgaria’s privatization agency has invited bids for the preparation of an analysis for the privatization of 50.05% of Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia and 43.7% of Central Depository.
Bids can be submitted in a restricted tender by January 6, 2014, a notice on the website of the Bulgarian Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Agency showed.
Eligible candidates should have ten years of experience in legal analysis and privatisation appraisal of companies with capital above 50 million levs ($35 million/25.6 million euro), the notice showed. They should also have a team of professionals, consisting of economists and at least four qualified lawyers.
The deposit guarantee has been set at 1,000 levs, net of value added tax.
