Bulgaria's Zaharni Zavodi Bond Issue Prospectus Gets Regulatory Approval

Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has approved the bond issue prospectus of local sugar producer Zaharni Zavodi [BUL:3Z9].The bond issue consists of 200,000 seven-year bonds with a nominal value of 100 levs ($59.1/51.1 euro) each, equal to their sale price, Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement late on Thursday.The bonds will carry an annual coupon of 3% with payment due semi-annually.The issue will be considered successful if at least 80% of the bonds are subscribed for, the company said in May.Zaharni Zavodi operates several production facilities – a sugar refinery, a confectionery plant and an ethyl alcohol distillery.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
