Bulgaria's Varna municipality said that it has opened a 150 million levs ($87.9 million/76.7 million euro) tender for four-year framework agreements envisaging current repair, rehabilitation and reconstruction of the city's road infrastructure.The municipality is seeking to sign three agreements, but if there is an insufficient number of candidates which meet the minimum requirements, it will sign contracts with less than three companies, the local authorities said in a tender notice on Monday.The deadline for submitting offers is November 26.Bids will be ranked based on price, technical and environmental criteria.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
