Bulgaria's Tutrakan Municipality Opens 12.9 Mln Euro Tender for Building WWTP

Bulgaria's Tutrakan municipality said that it has opened a tender for a 25.2 million levs ($14.7 million/12.9 million euro) contract for construction of a waste water treatment plant (WWTP) and adjacent infrastructure. The tender will be partially financed with EU funds under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice on Friday. The deadline for submitting offers is January 4.Bids will be ranked based on price and environmental criteria. Works under the contract are expected to be completed within 979 days.
