The Bulgarian city of Troyan has signed a 3.9 million levs ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro) contract with a local tie-up for the construction of a composting installation, the municipality said on Monday. The tie-up comprises Holding Roads and Infrastructure Facilities and its wholly owned unit PSP, Troyan municipality said in a notice.The contact was signed on June 6.Five companies tabled bids in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.The project will benefit from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020.
